Thirty days before showtime, our team seamlessly steps in to audit contracts, refine your master timeline, and coordinate with vendors—executing every detail on-site with full access to our curated inventory of elevated styling accents.

Includes everything in our signature coordination experience—from private digital suite access and styling accent inventory to full 30-day preparation and on-site execution—designed for elevated celebrations across Southern California’s most inspiring coastal estates, vineyards, and historic landmarks. All team travel, mileage, and lodging logistics are fully included in this flat fee.
The ‘Night Before’ or ‘Morning After’ Experience
+ $550 flat fee per selected experience
Extend your hospitality beyond the main event. Whether hosting welcome cocktails, a rehearsal dinner, or a farewell brunch, we provide up to three hours of dedicated on-site coordination so you can linger with your guests and savor every moment.
