Investment: +$550 per selected experience The Experience: True hospitality means being fully present for every chapter of your celebration weekend. This add-on extends our logistics beyond the main event day to cover your choice of a weekend bookend. Option A: The Night Before | Flawless timeline management and coordination for your Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Soirée, or Sunset Cocktail Party. Option B: The Morning After | Seamless operational direction for a post-celebration Farewell Brunch or Gathering. What’s Included: We dive into the logistics starting 30 days out—including reviewing up to two vendor contracts for the auxiliary event, designing a standalone mini-timeline, and providing up to 3 consecutive hours of dedicated on-site coordination by the Gathered Hearts Co. team. The Fine Print: Pricing is flat per individual experience; clients wishing to secure coordination for both milestones may book two separate experiences. To preserve the intimate nature of our brand, guest counts for auxiliary events must be equal to or less than your main event, capping at a maximum of 75 guests. All assistant staffing labor for the 3-hour window is already built into this rate.
